I attempted to deposit a bank check from a major local credit union I received as part of a loan. When I attempted to deposit the check at this branch of TD bank their supervisor intervened and would not let me deposit the check because its format looked "unusual." Instead, I had to go to PNC bank, which immediately allowed me to deposit the check without any hassle. What an inconvenience! I have had other negative experiences at this branch and I would highly advise that this branch be avoided.
Would have given a 5 if I could have heard the person from the drive-thru better.
Bank rep by name of Amelio at this branch mislead me into believing my new credit card would be mailed to the branch when in fact it was never requested!!!
