The staff were very helpful and attentive when we rented some lanes for a birthday party.
I had my son's birthday party here last year, staff was nice, party was fun. We returned recently for the free summer blast bowling for kids. There was an arcade malfunction which i brought to the attention of the young man behind the counter (likely under 21). He argued there was no arcade malfunction at all and that I was basically lying. We also had some issues with our bowling game resetting as well just like other customers. Bowl America Burke~I think this would be a good location to bowl if you put welcoming and courteous staff at the front desk.
Great place to bring the kids on a rainy day! They have bumpers and ramps and great times!
