My experience at Circle Auto Repair was excellent! Michael did a great job of explaining what was going on with my car and giving me options for how to handle it, without pressure. He also took the time to pick me up at the metro so I wouldn't have to walk to the shop to get my car. I will definitely go back to Circle Auto and I highly recommend their service!
These people are great. Matt and the team did quality work on my VW recently and went out of their way to make sure the work happened around my schedule. They took time to explain exactly what was happening to the car and walked me through things in a straightforward, honest way. Really can't say enough about these folks - they're the best!
This is honestly the best car repair place to go to! If you need anything done with promptly, efficiently, and is cost effective, they've got you covered. They do their best to make sure that you're taken care of both inside and outside of your car! Everyone is friendly and nice, if you're thinking about getting service here, don't think twice! :)
My ac compressor needed to be replaced along with a drive belt and the ac fluid pipe. Michael told me that my car would not drive if I didn’t not replace these pieces. I asked him specially if turning off the ac, defrost and heat would make it possible for me to drive. He told me that it would not be possible. I ask multiple times just to be clear. Still his answer was the same. He said in very clear terms that in order to get my car on the road again I would need to pay $1900. This was the bare minimum! I towed my car to a mechanic friends house and he turned the heat/ac/defrost off and drive it around his neighborhood several times. I was lied to multiple times by this employee. And my friend was able to fix the car for parts and labor at $900. Everyone I showed my quote to told me that circle auto was charging too much for parts and too much for labor! I would suggest being careful if you choose to take your car here.
