My little sister bought a pair of pants which CAME BROKEN. She wore it once, but my mother noticed and brought it back. WE HAD THE RECEIPT, BUT THEY STILL DID NOT ALLOW TO RETURN IT, even if it was their fault in the first place. Thanks for making us waste $20 for nothing. We're probably never coming back anyways.
The two cashier's were more interested in chatting amongst themselves then assisting Madison checkout.
