For people with disabilities, it is important to know that they cannot enter the cinema at ground level. I wish we had called ahead because the staff would have told us to drop off my mother and her walker at the top floor of the parking garage (by the elevators). From there it is all level to the cinema entrance. But still about 2 blocks worth of walking each way (including the theater we used).
This was the first time I had ever been to this theater and may I saw I will definitely not be returning to this location. The new recliner seats were nice and so were the wooden floors inside the theater. I was in the theater for about 10 minutes when I saw a RAT run across the floor right in front of me! Yes, a RAT. This was the grossest thing I've ever experienced at the movies. When I informed management of it, the guy was really nice and offered us refunds and apologized for what had happened.
Was going to see Bad Mom's 2 but as we were approaching the aisle, 3 mice jumped across the chairs and into the seats. That is disgusting and I will never go to a Regal again.
I looked up the movie my kids wanted to see and purchased the tickets on line. When I showed up with a 2,4, and 7 year old I was told the theater playing the movie we have tickets for is 45mins away. Sorry sir, we can't do anything for you. Good job Regal, way to take care of your customers. The only reason they got one star is I had to add a star to leave a response.
When you walk in you are underwhelmed. It's not to up to date modern cinemas like most others in the area. There in only one ticket machine and it is a real pain to use. It is slow and the touchscreen in inaccurate. The theaters are small so they fill up real quick, but once you sit down it's pretty nice. The seats are comfortable and recline really far back. Compared to the ones at AMC they are a bit firmer. I wasn't a huge fan of the firmness but my brother really liked them. The sound proofing was not that great. The walls would rumble and the lamps would rattle from the movie next door, which got to be annoying. Again, my brother didn't even notice. They can't really change the theater size but they could at least get another machine. I enjoyed my experience enough but I'm not excited to go back. We were only there in the first place because of their 7 dollar tickets.
