Great burger. The meat could have been a little bigger but it tasted great. The service was excellent. We went for our child's birthday. It was a great experience.
Excellent service, great burgers! I recommend the Big Pigout burger if you like bacon (which is everyone ever)
Food was good, and the wait for it was very short. But it felt like we were forgot about for a while after we got our food. Server eventually got back to us but one or two more check ins would have been nice.
Service is very hit or miss (speed wise) and the kitchen can't seem to bother to read the orders beyond the selected meal. If you want something left off, 9 times out of 10 it will come with it anyway. The new soup dishes are rddiculous. The "cup" is basically a couple of spoonfulls. If you get the French onion, what you end up with is a little pile of damp onions in about a 1/4 inch of broth. Food usually tastes quite good. New interior design makes this place very loud and they tend to have the tvs and music really cranked up too. You have to talk very loud to be heard across the table.
I usually never give a one star... but i just had to this time. I'm not going to go into the whole story all I'm going to say is this was the worst service we've ever had at a restaurant... We were ignored by our waiter the entire time, our food was wrong, never got refills on anything we ordered and we had never ending salads , root beer floats and fries.. never even came back to our table.. we look over and he was counting his tips from a large party that had just left. Couldn't even find him to get our check. I'm so disappointed that we even wasted our time and money to even take our family here.
