Really terrific company from start to finish. The staff person that came out to do the estimate was professional, factual, and explained everything east. The estimate was extremely competitive. The crew that did the work was very good as well and except for the new roof when I returned from work, I would not have known they were there. They followed-up to provide my certificate and make sure I was satisfied. Best company I have worked with on major home repairs.
We also had them do gutters and leaf guards and have been very happy over the last four years, plus gotten many compliments from the neighbors.
Pond replaced the flat roof over our garage including several rotted wood joists. It was a complex and expensive job but worth every penny. Great crew, foreman and back office. I highly recommend Pond after selecting the company from seven different bids.
Great experience. Entire roof replaced shingles, boards, gutters and ventilation system. In the end price was in line with all other quotes. I received cheaper quotes for just shingles, however quotes for entire roof were all about the same.

Their method was to remove all the old shingles and tar paper first, not just install new shingles over them. They discovered the builder did not do a great job on the roof, and we had to have the equivalent of 30+ 4x8 sheets replaced. The rotting plywood coming off the roof was just awful. It did also take them twice as long as they first estimated, but it was good to get it done right.
Pond Roofing was recommended through Angie's List, but you have to do your due diligence. We interviewed 4 roofing contractors, and got the best feeling and past performance reviews from Pond. Their work was excellent, we chose to re-roof, and glad we went with Pond.
