I love WHBM. I've been shopping over a decade. I even worked one season there for extra money. I just was in at the location in Fairfax Corner and I'll tell you I will NEVER go back to this one all as a result of the manager. As I know that when you shop there and you use the dressing room, without asking, they will bring you a variety of other things to try on. We were limited on time and I wanted to try one shirt on quickly and asked her not to bring me in anything else. My impression was she was put off by my request. I blew it off, but when she made a negative remark to my gf how I said that it really pushed me to write this review. Unless that manager is no longer there I will not go back to this location. .
Love this location! New managers.. everyone seems to be happy all the time.
