I buy the majority of my parts here when I build a computer. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful. The checkout line moves quickly. Just a well run store. So happy to have a couple micro centers near me when most of the country has none.
This is the best place to physically go for computer hardware. The sales staff are helpful, and knowledgeable. They have good deals on hardware and peripherals as well. I made the hour trip over to buy stuff here and it was worth it.
Worst service I have seen for building a computer. The computer was actually setup the wrong way on the case. The motherboard has no spaces and is wobbly. The hard drives are not secured properly with missing screws. There are random wires taped to the side of the case and the wire management was so horrific that wires are every where inside the case and it honestly looks like it was someone's first time building a PC. If it wasn't to late I would have returned it and have gotten my money back. These people do not know how to properly construct a PC.
Great customer service from Alex C. in assisting me find the right parts to upgrade my desktop that I built 5 years ago. From a SSHD, upgraded power supply, and a new video card ... he guided me to the right products at the right costs ... great store ... doesn't matter your age or your knowledge I was impressed with the customer service.
The staff wears blue button up shirts, so they are hard to differentiate from customers. I needed support and had to wait in ten minute intervals to be told, "I can't assist you" and was shuffled to another area. After 40 minutes, I found a helpful person at the Service counter who informed me they do not have the item I need. This place does have great prices but you need to know what you need before you arrive. Their customer service needs improvements.
