I tried from 9 a.m this morning to arrange to view my Father's body. I was told I had to speak to Dean to make an appointment. After leaving multiple messages throughout the day, a director finally called me at 2:15 p.m She said "It's awfully late in the day to set up an appointment for today" I had tried since 9:00 a.m. !!! She also said Dean " hadn't shown up today" so I went the whole day thinking I would be able to say goodbye to my father today and rather than telling me in the morning when I initially called that I should make arrangements for the following day, they kept telling me I had to just wait and talk to Dean, who never came in!! This funeral home made a painful, difficult time even worse.
