Mismanaged timing allowed work colleagues into chapel during private family viewing. Delivery truck backup warning beeper clearly audible during memorial service was in poor form as well.
We have used services here for 3 individual family members who have passed away over the last few years. Each service was handled perfectly. They treated each occurrence with class and dignity.
