Bath very low pressure, on everything, hot water on wash, can not adjust, hardly any pressure, it was a good thing he had had a bath before we got there, truly wanted to clip him. Purchased clipper from them would not even go thur fur, will not let me return after purchasing clippers else where since they do not have any, to do the one thing that need to happen. Waste of time and money.
I spent a good hour here researching airline carriers for my small puppy and Ryan also assisted me with showcasing the other models and with any questions I had. I love that the store shows their carriers instead of having them packed away like most pet stores. This place is so informative and helpful for pet owners who want to feel the product before purchasing it in the box.

I appreciate that the employees are all professional, friendly, and very informative. They seem very pleased with their jobs and happy to see animals come in.
I come here often for the dog wash. It's always kept clean and fully stocked. I also think the staff is super friendly and helpful. My dogs love the goodie bag of treats...a nice reward for a good bath session.
I"ve never had such a great experience at a pet store before! This was my first time at Pet Supplies Plus and I didn't know what to expect since I'm accustomed to the traditional petsmart and petco stores. However, I needed k9 advantix II immediately and this store was only a mile from my family's house. I visited on a Sunday night.
The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and always help you to your car. I also appreciate that they have a grooming center and a huge variety of food and toys!
When I entered, two workers greeted me and asked me if they could help. I said no at first, wanting to browse as the store was bright and clean, with rows of supplies that looked interesting. When I got through one of the rows, Ryan, a visiting worker from the Falls Church location? assisted me with finding me the k9 advantix. I asked if the store price matches and to my surprise he said yes! I also received a free treat bag from a third employee for bringing my dog in!
