UPDATE: MONT BLANC has recieved my complaint of a $600 pen they refused to fix when they sold it defective. They actually blamed me. The Mont Blanc Store fixed it for me in Tysons Galleria. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE
Disgusting, save your time and money. Bad policies with returns (all need t be authorized by a faceless figure in their headoffice which has short hours).
Further exasperated by their staff, ESP the manager. Save time and hassle go to the closer department store sections.
will not exchange w/o a receipt even tho I have a shipping box that has 'Ship to: The Leather Store - Fair Oaks Mall'. I can not ask for a gift receipt as it would be an insult. I am sick to see the >$500 gift go to waste, since it will never be used, but the store doesn't care - they got their money. Very disappointed that the store is not more customer friendly.
