Finally settled on furniture we wanted, we were taken to the office to complete the purchase. The young ladies there Kiki and Susan were very professional and explained the finance options they offered. Everyone we worked with made our experience exceptional. We can't wait for our new furniture.
What a super place to shop. Our kids were entertained in their cafe watching a movie while eating ice cream while we worked with our salesman John on getting a mattress replacement. We came back to John because he was just great to work with before. This time we also had Mohamed in the office help us. He was such a friendly gentleman and explained to us how the exchange process works. Great service all around.
Went in store to buy a new sleeper bed couch for my RV. The sales team helped me pick out the one that I was fine with and the guy was nice and helped me find what I needed. I told him my situation of how it's an RV and I only have so much space to work with, the guy assured me the guys installing it would do what they need to for installation. However I do travel a lot for work and told them I don't have much time to deal with any problems so they set the delivery time and said they would have it installed in my RV a day or two later. I received a text saying it would arrive in 10 minutes, waited 3 hours before they showed up. When they showed up they put the piece in my door way and said nope not going to fit and took it back. This is after everything has been paid for by the way. I took the whole day off work to replace my old one with a new one and absolutely nothing got done besides me getting upset and no new furniture that I NEEDED. Called a few people trying to figure out what they can do to get this fixed and all they said was call the 1 800 number and they will take care of you and yes it will be a live person. Two more lies right there. Called the number 4 times with automated service and when I finally reached a real person all she said was, well we can refund you and you can come look for another piece that would fit. (Were you not informed of the situation to begin with!?!?) Right then and there I was livid. Thanks for the wasted day off work and the empty space where someone would have been sleeping tonight and tomorrow. I told them all the details they needed and the lady on the phone says it was my fault and that I should measured the door way then go pick it out! How about you don't make a promise you can't keep and not waste my time or day on something that could have been prevented. First and last time I deal with this company. All they offered was a refund after they took my entire day, which I should have been working, didn't seem to understand that this is the only day I could get this done along with I had thrown out my old furniture to make this thing fit!!!! Like seriously? Come on. Absolutely ruined my day and experience I had. Don't expect them to do anything besides take your already bought furniture and give you your money back if it doesn't work no matter how much you try to prepare or pay. Anyone with common since could have figured this out. This review doesn't get close to how upset I am. Never again.
Finally went back to Bob's to get something for the bedroom - wow those beds are so comfortable I nearly fell asleep on the shop demos!
MONEY GRAB - They Sell The Sub standard Products SUPER CHEAP and customer service after sales service is very bad. Their additional warranty to cover damages is BIGGEST SCAM , They are CHEATS. Quality is Supper Cheap , worst than thrift store. If you really want to flush your money, better to donate than buying Bob (Burglar) furniture. They me denied replacement to sofa in bought just 4 months ago which they say is of best material, in reality it's of cheapest material on earth and their customer care is actually customer harassment dept. DO NOT BUY BOB with hard earned money. THEY ARE CHEATS. Sales reps, Art Clark and John in Fairfax store would lie you for every thing. Super Cheat furniture store. DO NOT BUY BOB (Burglar) furniture with your hard earned money.
I went with my family to Bob's Fairfax store We were greeted by Megan. After showing her pictures of the interiors of our new home, Megan showed us various furniture pieces that would be a good fit for our home. Megan also reviewed goof plane/warranty to us on how we can save money. She gave us planty of room to walk around and select what we needed, As we all know how sales people can be, I am grateful to Megan for helping me throughout the entire process and for her valuable suggestions. I highly recommend Megan to anyone who is interested in purchasing furniture at Bob's Fairfax store ask for her at the door.
So the salesman Megan was helpful and so patient as we got our measuring tapes out to find something that would fit in what room we had.
