Fantastic customer service as well as reasonably priced vehicles that are well serviced. They are a USAA affiliated and the process from start to finish was painless as I felt zero pressure from the sales associate. They know they have their vehicles priced accurately and if you want to buy the car you will, so they don't try to pressure you to make the deal happen. They didnt even take my phone number from me when I went their the first time! I figured they would want some way to call me every week asking if I found a car yet but that didn't seem to be the case! I will probably buy through them again in the future.

Once I had chosen the car that I wanted, they had the paperwork ready for me so it took less than an hour for the process. They even got me better rates than the "BIG" dealership did. We have had two experiences with with ABS, once to purchase and once to consign a vehicle. We were very pleased with both transactions. The first transaction we purchased a 2006 Mitsubishi SUV with approximately 75 k miles. While it was not that visually pleasing, it was clean and rock solid reliable. It served our family admirably for two years. We traded that car in at another dealer for a mini van because of a new arrival to the family. We got solid resale value for the SUV and moved on. Then we were informed that we were being posted overseas. In a crunch, I went back to ABS and entered into a consignment agreement. Although I had another buyer at the ready, because of financing issues their loan could not be processed by a private seller, only by a dealer. ABS took on the challenge, confirmed with their bank the financing arrangement, and sold the car on our behalf. Going above and beyond, our bank wouldn't process checks over 2,000 dollars via its online app, so ABS staff personally took the check to our bank to ensure we received timely payment, which was thousands more if we had just sold the car to Carmax.
