Bought a car for my son from Eddie. He took his time to help us find the right car in our budget and recommended a place to get a loan for very low interest. When we found the locks were not working correctly 2 weeks later, he had us come in and ordered the part to get it fixed with no argument or hassle. He is respectful and honest. He stands by his product. We will buy from him again.

I had even visited other lots after I went to First Choice and ended up coming back because the other lots didn't compare with quality used cars and service. The manager Eddie is amazing. He knows about every car he has off the top of his head and is honest about the pros and cons of each. They remember everyone who stops in, it's very personable service.
Steven sold me a car that I payed for in cash. I reported a problem during the warranty period and they made a temporary fix. The same problem happened DAYS after the warranty had ended and they refused to review my claim. I am now stuck with a car that has 2 faulty cylinders. I was told by carmax that they sold them the vehicle at auction with known mechanical issues and first choice sold it to me without disclosing the information. We are now pursuing legal action. 1 star because zero is not an option. These employees are scheisters.
