My parents have been buying brand new cars from this place since 2008. They bought two brand new rogues '08 and '15, 1 new Altima 2012 coupe, and 1 new 2017 pathfinder. I always tell them to let me know when they go to buy their cars so I can make sure they get a good deal, and not get ripped off...for the most part they always tend to get a good deal...never a "great deal" but a decent deal. I will say this much, my mom (it's because my mom buys the new cars and gives them to my dad when their paid off and she buys another) loves the service when she comes here and always feels like she is being taken care of. For that reason alone I feel comfortable with my parents coming to this dealership. The only time we were upset was when I was with my parents and they were buying my brother the Altima coupe, they told us it would have navigation and a back up camera but all they did is stick some aftermarket screen and camera in there, and they messed up on the wiring of his car which after 4 years of having it my brother traded it in and got himself a BMW (lost him as a customer because he had his eyes set on the 370Z). My mom just recently purchased the 2017 pathfinder, and she is excited about her new car, and at the end of the day...that's really all that matter...what she thinks of her car and the experiences at Browns.

I've have always used another dealership (other than Browns) for about 10+ years for all my service. My wife took over my Nissan recently, she doesn't drive much and doesn't need a brand new car. The car needed to be serviced so she took the car to Browns because it's closer to our house. During a standard service at Browns she was told she needed about $1,000+ worth of work on the car. I told her to hold off and lets take it back to the original dealership I generally go to because I knew what they recommended (other than maybe front brakes) did not need to be done. I showed them what Browns recommended and after they looked the vehicle over the only thing they recommended was front brakes, which cost about $350 to replace the pads and rotors. Browns was asking over $425+ for the brakes alone. My usual dealership told me they weren't very sure what Browns was trying to do. I told them I knew exactly what Browns was doing. I think both my wife and I learned a good lesson about Browns service department. Her Nissan has about 45k miles on it and had never missed a service when I owned it. I had tried Browns in the 90's and found I couldn't trust them looks like they are conducting business as usual.

My initial experience with them was amazing. I was completely satisfied when dealing with the manager Steven. However, I left a pair of $500.00 pair of Gucci shoes in the loaner vehicle and the shoes were turned into lost and found. I texted the manager about my shoes and he never replied back to me. When i called the cashier told me they had the shoes but a woman by the name of Judy/Judith put them away in the lost and found. The day I called back to go and get the shoes they could not find them. They said to give them time to locate the shoes. I called for weeks and kept getting the run around, being told they would look into the matter some more because only three people have access to the lost and found but my shoes were gone and nowhere to be found now. Steven told me he would speak to the district manager and get back to me and never followed through. I had to file a claim with corporate and need to be accommodated as soon as possible. This is unacceptable!

As a 1st time Nissan owner my experience was beyond my expectation. Outstanding customer service and didn't feel pressure at all. I was a very HAPPY customer at the end of the process. They did deliver what they promised & I was extremely HAPPY when I saw my Caspian Blue Pathfinder. To all the staff of Brown's Fairfax Nisaan keep up the good work & make your consumer HAPPY always! Thank You!!!

Great experience from start to finish! Brandon went out of his way to get me the car I wanted. I will definitely be back in the future.
