The manager at this store is EXTREEMLY rude! Not only did they mess up my sister's order for her wedding ring, when we came back she acted like it was our fault! I will not recomend this store at all, I know I am not the only one that has had this experience.
Terrible customer service. I came in the store to have my watch resized, it was a weekday so there weren't many customers. I had a jeweler ask if I had been helped, I said No and she said "just a second" then went onto someone else! Asked if he had been helped, he said No and she spent a good 15 minted with him. Don't buy anything from this store, once they make their commission they will leave you high and dry
Where to start? We picked my engagement ring and a wedding band here, we got married 2 months after and after 2 weeks of wearing the ring it turned yellow so bad! We decided to return it but apparently manager has to process the return after 60 days. So we spent 2 hours of waiting for the manager to pick up the phone. We had very unpleasant experience. If I could give them -3 stars I would. Terrible customer service.
